Court RecordOn 26 April 1768, John Cox is appointed guardian to Benjamin Moseley, William Moseley, John Moseley and Phebe Moseley, ophans of William Moseley deceased. Court RecordOn 26 April 1768, the lawsuit regarding the slaves went to jury and John Cox and wife Mary, administrator of William Moseley deceased, were awarded damages from Arthur Moseley.
