Marriage*Constantine PERKINS married Anne POLLARD; "The long-held claim that the first wife of Constantine Perkins was Ann Pollard has not been substantiated by any
documentary evidence yet found. The Joseph Pollard to whom Constantine and Ann Perkins deeded land in 1754
died in Goochland County in 1792. This date of death would indicate that he was of a later generation than Constan
tine and Ann Perkins. It has been claimed that Ann Pollard was the daughter of Stephen Pollard and Ann Hughes
and that the Pollard family came from King and Queen County. As the records of King and Queen County have been
destroyed, the evidence to support the claims will probably never be found."2 
Birth*Constantine PERKINS was born about 1682 in Henrico, Virginia.2 
He was the son of Nicholas PERKINS and Sarah CHILDERS.1 
Court Record*November 1735 Court of Goochland County had Constantine Perkins as a member of a jury in Nuckolls vs Collins. He was also on the Syme vs Locket case during the same month.3 
Court RecordConstant Pirkins (Perkins), Allen Howard and Phillip Webber setled the estate of Timothy Rich, deceased.3 
Court RecordConstant Pirkins (Perkins) was on the juy in the Epes vs Edwards trial in June 1741 in Goochland County.3 
Court RecordConstant Pirkins (Perkins) was on the jury in the Cheadle vs Godby trial in July 1741 in Goochland County.3 
Marriage*Constantine PERKINS married Mrs. Mary ALLEN on 31 May 1761.2
