He has charge of large estates in Davie, Davidson and Stokes counties and in Virginia. Mr. Hairston will take his bride to the beautiful ancestral home overlooking the Yadkin river near Coolemee. Miss George is the daughter of the late Rev. Thomas M. N. George, of the Episcopal Church. She has spent most of her life in Newbern and has a host of admiring friends throughout the State, who will welcome her return."
