Allotment: "To Cuelia Graham late the widow of William Blackwell, deceased, but now the wife of George Graham her dower": cash, plus "all that tract .. purchased by the said William blackwell from John Wood, by deed bearing date the 16th September 1779 containing 130 actres on Town Run adjoining the lands of George Crosby and George Foote deceased. We allot this tract of land for her Dower of Celia Graham in lieu of her Dower in all lands of the said Wm. Blackwell deceased and also in lieu of 111 acres of land decreed to her by the High Court of Chancery dated 16th May 1791 as by deed of relinquishment hereunto annexed will more fully appear."
