He was the son of Gen. George Stovall HAIRSTON and Elizabeth PERKINS.1 
DeedConstantine HAIRSTON witnessed the deed of Gen. George Stovall HAIRSTON on 30 September 1814 in Henry, Virginia; On 30 Spetember 1814, William Anthony, PoA for his father Joseph Anthony, sells a tract of land on Beaver Creek in Henry county containing 552 acres to George Hairston. Witnessed by Samuel Hairston, John A. Hairston, Constantine Hairston and Soloman Poston. - Henry County Deed Book 8, page 44. FSL #8151923, image 29. 
Death*Constantine HAIRSTON died on 12 February 1819 at age 21; "Died- Constantine Hairston, eighth son of Col. George and Mrs. Elizabeth Hairston, on February 12, shortly after the death of his mother. His home was in Patrick County. Age 21 the years." "Constantine Hairston, born Dec. 17, 1797, died unmarried of typhoid fever at age 19, buried at "Beaver Creek," Henry Co., Va. He was a young man of unusual handsome appearance and decided literary tastes and talents." From "Descendants of Nicholas Perkins....", p.66

In the book "The Hairstons and Penns and their Relations", Elizabeth Seawell Hairston writes, "Constantine, eighth child of Colonel George and Elizabeth Perkins Letcher Hairston, born December 17, 1797. He was a man of unusual handsome appearance and decided literary tastes and talents. He died young and unmarried and is buried at "Beaver Creek," Henry County, Virginia. (The name "Constant" is first noted in the Perkins family in 1652)."2,3 
Burial*He was buried in Beaver Creek Plantation, Henry, Virginia.4
