Obituary*Miss Estelle Patty of Cliftonville went up to Columbus Tuesday to visit her brother, Mr. Rufus Patty, who is in an infirmary n that city.
Later Mr. Patty died Thursday niirht and his remains will be interred in the Odd Fellows cemi'tvry, Macon Saturday morning 10 o'clock.

Death of Mr. Rufus Patty.

Mr. Rufus Patty died at the Columbus hospital last Fiiday morning atfer an illness of several weeks. Mr. Patty was brought to the hospital from his home in the Bigbee Valley neighborhood to be treated for intestinal trouble, which apparently yielded to treatment until complications set in that finally resulted in death.

Mr. patty was about forty-five years old and the son onf the late Dr. J. C. Patty of Begbee Valley. Deceased was never married, but mother, brother and sisters and a number of further removed relatives survive him.

In Mr. Patty's death the community loses a splended citizen, and his friends a genial, kindly companion. ---- Columbis Dispatch.
